RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jensen will start at quarterback Friday against the Blue Bombers, Al Jakubec of TSN 1200 reports.

The Redblacks have already locked up the top seed in the East Division, so regular starter Henry Burris will sit out Friday and top backup Trevor Harris will be limited to emergency duty, leaving Jensen to start for the first time since Week 5. Jensen performed well in that outing, completing 20-of-29 passes for 271 yards and two touchdowns, but he will be tested by a Winnipeg squad whose 29 interceptions on the season are 12 more than any other team in the league.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jensen completed 20 of 29 passes for 271 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions in Friday's 30-29 loss to the Roughriders. He also gained 23 yards on five rushes.

The North Dakota State product turned in an impressive performance after being called into emergency duty following Trevor Harris' leg injury. Jensen connected with seven different receivers, and was able to find Brad Sinopoli for both of his touchdowns. The 25-year-old's performance was particularly noteworthy considering that it was his first taste of CFL regular-season game action, and he may be in line for plenty more if Harris' injury stretches into the Week 6 tilt against the Argos.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Jensen completed 13 of 21 passes for 146 yards and two interceptions in Friday's preseason loss to the Tiger-Cats.

With Henry Buriss getting the night off, Jensen and Danny O'Brien split time at QB as they battle for the third spot on the Redblacks depth chart. Neither impressed, but O'Brien's slightly better performance and prior CFL experience could give him an edge over Jensen.
